What are your shipping charges? Shipping is included in the price of your customized letter.
When will my Santa Letter be sent? We will start shipping starting in December on through to mid-December. We will ensure that your letter will arrive in time for Christmas if you order is received no later than December 5th (November 30th for international customers).
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards and utilize the Internet's #1 payment process when it comes to safety and security.... Paypal.com. Once your letter customization is complete you will then be directed to Paypal for payment processing. You do not have to be a Paypal member to pay for the letters. Members of Paypal can choose to login to pay via credit card or automatic bank account debit. If you are not a member of Paypal you can still process your order with a credit card on the same page.
Is it possible to add additional personalization to my letter? Santa's elves aim to please and, yes, additional personalization is possible. Just make a notation in the comments section of our online order form. Additional personalization is done free of charge.
Will my letter be postmarked from the North Pole? Yes, your letter will have the official North pole postmark on it but to ensure the letter receives the North Pole Postmark we must receive your order by December 5th.
What is the last possible date to place an order? Santa's elves are extremely busy as Christmas draws near so we encourage you to place orders as early as possible. To have a North Pole Postmark we must receive your order by December 5th.(November 30th for Canadian customers) All orders placed after December 5th will not have the "Official North Pole Postmark" on them. For non North Pole Postmarks we will accept orders through December 15th. Orders outside of the US must be received by November 30th.
Will my information be kept private? ABSOLUTELY... We are a family run company and we treasure the right of privacy. All information is strictly used for the sending of your letter only and no other purpose. The information gathered will only used to enhance the personal experience of your Santa Letters and as is NEVER rented or sold to third parties. Furthermore all information collected by us for the letters is deleted 4 weeks after Christmas.

What if I have more than one child at the same address? As we are restricted on the amount of space in the Santa Letter we can only place one child on each custom letter so you would need to order a letter for each of your children. Our letters are personalized to each and every child to make them unique. If you would like additional personalization added to your child's letter just mention it in the order process and we will be happy to accommodate you.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.? Yes, but only to Canada at this time and Canadian orders must be placed no later than November 30th.
